Can I use SOPHIC if I have sensitive skin? 

Absolutely! SOPHIC products are packed with skin-loving botanicals and free from the usual nasties. If your skin throws tantrums easily, we still recommend a quick patch test first, just to be safe. 

Is SOPHIC vegan? 

Yes! Every product is proudly vegan. No animal bits, ever. 

Is SOPHIC tested on animals? 

Absolutely not. We only test on willing humans — no furry friends involved. 

Is SOPHIC care and styling safe to use during pregnancy? 

Yep! Our formulas skip the nasties, so you can feel good using them through pregnancy. Of course, check with your healthcare provider if you’re unsure. 

Can I use SOPHIC if I have eczema? 

You sure can, but we recommend patch testing first. Our formulas are gentle and made with soothing Aussie natives, but everyone’s skin is unique. 

I avoid preservatives in my care products, do you have any? 

Yes, we use only the gentlest preservatives to keep your product safe and fresh. No parabens here, just clever, clean science. 

I have a nut allergy. What SOPHIC products can I use? 

Some products do have nut oils, so we always recommend checking the ingredients or asking us directly. Safety first! 

I am coeliac. Can I use SOPHIC? 

No gluten here! Our formulas are free from wheat and its friends. Still unsure? Chat to your healthcare provider. 

Where is SOPHIC made? 

Locally made legends! SOPHIC is created right here in Australia — just outside Brissy, to be exact. 

Why is the packaging glass?

Are the fragrances in SOPHIC care natural? 

Smells fab, straight from nature. We only use essential oils and natural goodies — no synthetic perfumes here. 

Do I need protein, moisture, or both?! 

If your hair’s feeling dry, give it moisture. If it’s breaking or snapping, it probably needs protein. Most of us need a bit of both — balance is key!

Where do you ship?

We proudly ship Sophic products both within Australia and internationally. Whether you're in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or beyond, we've got you covered. International customers can also enjoy our clean, vegan, and Australian-made haircare products.

 

For Australian orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 AUD. International shipping rates and free shipping thresholds vary by destination. To get the most accurate shipping information and rates, please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Within Australia:

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing.

Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–3 business days after processing.

 

International Orders:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's journey.
